it has to come from within
hi everyone. today im gona talk abt passion.
we see in almost every organisation or body people passionate to do a good job. their rationale - to be able to feel the sense of achievement and satisfaction after completing what they are set out to do. passion is the invisible driving force of every team, an indescribable desire to soar to greater heights as a group. sometimes, passion is even an understood requirement for certain jobs, because without it, that job would lose all of its meaning. so, obviously, it would be optimally ideal if everyone is passionate about what they are doing and pursue their interests. however, what happens if this love for what you're doing is simply not there?
there are many ways to instill passion in people. but what i see today is the upper-people making use of punishment to force this 'force' into people. <-- that sounds funny enough. but sad to say this is what is happening. passion cannot be coerced into people simply because you want them to be passionate for the collective benefit of whatever team you are in. so like what im trying to say is simply, dun try to force sth that cant be forced.
anyway this doesnt sound like me at all la. nvm nvm sometimes i jst cant stand it. ANYWAY, time for me to do hw liao bbbbbb.
