As I write this blogpost, I am filled with a maelstrom of emotions.
Perhaps it's due to the fact that all that we have worked hard for will be showcased tomorrow, to a panel of highly acclaimed judges, in that air-conditioned setting. That stage that we played in so well in that night during our rehearsal; That stage where we amused ourselves over the red, chinese-collared shirt. The only difference is that the next time we play in it, it will be the real thing.
Well, we have strived hard and we know it. Without a doubt, we have reached a standard that we ought to be very proud of. Many people have commented that they have their full confidence in us achieving the best possible recognition in the competition. Yet, we certainly can't be 100% sure. It all boys down to each and every one of our cooperation and utmost effort tomorrow.
We can't be sure of the results, but we can be sure of one thing - we have the potential to achieve our goals. Just have faith, have energy, have a smile on your happy faces, have your eyes placed on people in front, have your instruments properly tuned, have your nose cleared, have your hair styled, and all should be fine. Remember, we already have achieved, by reaching this standard. All we need now is the actual official recognition for it.
First time I have inspiration to write like that. Woohoo. Passion, +1!
